Elite Truck and Car School is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45471) based in Waterford West, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. It trains drivers from their first car licence through to heavy and multi-combination truck licences, nationally recognised qualifications and competency assessments for fleets, six days a week.
What they needed
People come to a driving school with very different goals: a teenager’s first licence, a career change into trucking, or a company that needs its drivers assessed. The school needed a website that helps each of them find the right course quickly and take the next step without a phone call.
What we did
- Designed and built a new website that works smoothly on phones, where many people start their search.
- Organised the courses by licence class and qualification, from car through to heavy combination and multi combination, with fees and details where people expect them.
- Put a clear way to enquire on every course page, by phone or online.
- Kept the important details for a training organisation visible, like the RTO number, opening hours and location.
Where it is now
The website now carries much of the school’s front desk work, answering the common questions before anyone picks up the phone. We continue to look after it as courses and qualifications change.
