Reit Conferences

Reit Conferences is an Australian venue-sourcing and event planning service led by Paul Reitberger. It helps organisations find and book the right conference venue, from city hotels to regional retreats, and can manage the event from start to finish. The service is free for the organiser.

What they needed

Choosing a venue is a big decision, usually made by a busy person with a long list of requirements. Reit Conferences needed a website that explains the service quickly, shows the range of venues on offer and makes asking for a quote feel easy rather than like a commitment.

What we did

• Designed and built a new website that leads with the question every organiser is asking: where should we hold this event?
• Showed venues by city and by property, so visitors can see real options before they get in touch.
• Explained the services in plain language, from venue sourcing to on-site coordination and support after the event.
• Built a quote request form that asks the questions Paul needs to answer well, like event type, location, numbers and dates, without overwhelming the visitor.

Where it is now

The website does the first part of the conversation for Reit Conferences: it builds trust, sets expectations and turns interest into well-briefed enquiries. We continue to look after it.
