Reit Plumbing

Reit Plumbing looks after homes, strata buildings and businesses across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore. Its founder, Jeremy, has more than a decade of plumbing experience, and he wanted a website that reflected how he works: reliable, upfront and careful.

What they needed

Reit Plumbing had a registered domain name and not much else. The new site needed to work for two very different visitors: someone with a burst pipe who needs help now, and a homeowner or property manager planning ahead who wants to understand their options first.

What we did

• Designed and built the website from scratch, starting with the questions customers actually ask.
• Put emergency help and a short enquiry form near the top of the key pages, so people can get in touch from a phone in a few taps.
• Structured clear service pages for blocked drains, hot water, gas fitting, and maintenance for strata and property managers, explaining the work in plain language.
• Set the site up for local search, with consistent business details and the areas Reit Plumbing serves.
• Made the details people look for before they call a tradie easy to find, like the plumbing licence number and service areas.

Where it is now

The website now does the first part of the job for Jeremy. It explains the problem, sets expectations and makes it easy to ask for help, whether it’s a midnight emergency or a job planned weeks ahead. We continue to look after the site and refine it as the business grows.
